The
directors
and the
managers
are mostly older people because they have more experience compared with the young
ones
. Some young people may be the
director
or the
managers
is rare as they do not have enough experience though they may be more intelligent. So, for the benefit of the
company
, they should be older
ones
for the smooth movement of the offices. Almost all companies have elderly senior officers as they have worked in that environment for twenty to thirty years. They have sharp knowledge of each and everything related to the organization. They can handle all kinds of situations smoothly. Swami Ramnarayan Das Motole has worked for ten years as a senior manager and ten years as an assistant
director
, after that he was promoted to the post of
director
. Now, he is running the
company
business sincerely and has made a turnover increase twice. He
also
got a medal for his cooperating work in the industry. Some industries keep young
ones
as
directors
and give them low salaries as compared to senior
ones
. So,
this
is a good reason for keeping youngsters as
directors
or
managers
.
However
, they did not improve the profit of the organization or
company
as required. Keeping a non-experienced head is not a good idea. Mr. Aloj Rangaragan was been appointed as a managing
director
in the textile industry
last
year but, he was unable to complete the required target and the
company
has suffered a loss of around ten crores. At
last
, it will be better for the companies or the industries to keep the experienced
directors
or
managers
and for the future of the employees working in that.
According to
the majority of people, the government should make strict laws for the appointment of the heads of the companies.
