Write a letter to friend to ask him/her to take care of your children while are away for a business trip. Tell her: - What food do they love to eat - What activities they like to do - What arrangements you have made to pick them

Dear Jass, I hope you and your family are doing great. I'm writing
this
letter to ask you for a favour regarding babysitting my children
while
I'm going on a business trip next Monday. As you know, they are very sweet and will not bother you much.
However
, I'd really appreciate it if you could feed them an egg sandwich
along with
a glass of milk for breakfast. At the dinner table, they can just have home-cooked food,
such
as veggies and fruits;
otherwise
, both of them can have bad stomach pain. You don't have to worry about keeping them busy; they will watch television or play games on the PlayStation. In the evening, they like to go for a walk to the nearest garden. As per my schedule, I will come back home next Wednesday and pick them up from your place on my way home from the airport. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any emergencies. I'm waiting to hear from you. Yours lovingly, Tajinder Singh

Make sure to begin the letter with an appropriate greeting and end with a suitable sign-off, adjusting for the level of formality required by the situation.
logical structure
Each paragraph should have a clear main idea and sequentially flow from one idea to the next to maintain a logical structure. Using conjunctions and transitional phrases can aid in achieving this.
single idea per paragraph
Avoid squeezing multiple ideas into a single paragraph. One idea per paragraph leads to a more organized and readable letter.
complete response
Ensure that all parts of the task are answered completely and clearly to provide a comprehensive response.
suitable writing tone
The tone of the writing should be consistent and suit the context of the letter, whether it is formal, semi-formal, or informal.

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
