it can be seen that the first location will be constructed between of Housing Estate and the City Center and the second location is planned in the south of the Industrial Estate. In terms of the first site for the next shopping mall is more strategic than others because it is surrounded by public access facilities

as a main road, a river and a railway which leads more people to visit

building either by private or mass transport. Regarding the second site, the shopping mall is projected to be built on the edge of the city which is quite far from the people's housing estate.
