The charts show world pineapple exports by the top three pineapple-producing countries in 2009 and 2019, and a breakdown of the cost to the consumer of each pineapple in 2019.
Two graphs illustrate exported
pineapple
by the top three
pineapple
-producing countries from 2009 to 2019 and a breakdown of the cost to people who consumed each
pineapple
in 2019. Looking at the bar, the number of pineapples was by far the highest in Country A, with the opposite of
this
being true for C, whilst B did not observe significance during the period and the pie chart shows that, the percentage of breakdown of the cost to the consumer was by far the most in distribution and retail. As far as Country A is concerned, exported
pineapple
was just under 2 million tonnes in 2009 and increased significantly to 10 in 2019 and Country B was the second highest which was above 4 in 2009, decreasing slightly to approximately 1 in 2019.
On the other hand
,
pineapple
exports were the lowest in B which were just under 2 in 2009, increasing slightly twice as much as the previous one. When it comes to the second chart, the rate of distribution was at 35%.
Additionally
, the proportion of the taxes, profit, import licenses, and international transport were at 16%, 18%, 10%, and 12%, respectively.
In contrast
, producer and export costs were the lowest among others, the former was less fourfold than taxes and the latter was at 5%.
