was just under 2 million tonnes in 2009 and increased significantly to 10 in 2019 and Country B was the second highest which was above 4 in 2009, decreasing slightly to approximately 1 in 2019.
On the other hand

exports were the lowest in B which were just under 2 in 2009, increasing slightly twice as much as the previous one. When it comes to the second chart, the rate of distribution was at 35%.

, the proportion of the taxes, profit, import licenses, and international transport were at 16%, 18%, 10%, and 12%, respectively.
In contrast
, producer and export costs were the lowest among others, the former was less fourfold than taxes and the latter was at 5%.
