, it can be seen that the figures for the public in the three countries revealed an upward trend during the period while
the total of individuals in the USA and Sweden had a variety of adjustments throughout the period, with a slightly different variation of ratio.
Regarding Japan,the proportions of citizens accounted for 5% of the total and then
slowly declined over decades with a return to rise again after the year 1990. Moreover
,the total of individuals skyrocketed at the end
with a double in comparison to the previous over a decade, varying from one in ten to a quarter during the years. According to
