of letters and emails received. It continued to increase to a peak of approximately 1900
at the end
of June. At the starting
point

asked by telephone had the highest
number
of around 900, a little higher than the
number
of letters and emails. It witnessed a fluctuation until March and remained steady by April at the

of 1000, the

of received letters and emails remained almost unchanged by March at about 700 and
then
dropped to around 400 in May and plateaued by the end of the period
while

asked by telephone increased rapidly and peaked at the
