There is a widely held belief that while the widespread employ of English as an international language is advantageous, there are also some downsides; however, I am inclined to assert that its benefits outweigh the drawbacks.

A large number of people are considering flats and apartments as their accommodations in urban areas without any open space and gardens. As it has both kinds of impacts on human nature. Because the one basic factor is that family bonds become strong and it is easy to clean. Whereas, the drawbacks are that as it does not contain any garden one can feel stressed and due to the small area unable to do physical activities like outdoor games. I believe that the advantages are greater than the disadvantages hence it is a positive development.

A group of teachers believe that exchanging international scholars would be advantageous for all school teenagers. I think this is not a positive development because in that sensitive years, a young student might face a large number of difficulties.

At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?
Youths in some nations, including some Asian, African and Western countries, comprise the highest percentage of the total population. Having a larger proportion of youth is considered to have many advantages as well as demerits for a country. I personally believe that a country reaps more benefits from its active and young workforce.

Some people think that government spending on the restoration of old buildings in cities should be stopped. Instead they should spend the money for housing and road development. To what extent do you agree?
In recent times, many individuals think that the high authorities should spend a large amount of money on building roads and new houses for citizens instead of spending money on the restoration of old monuments. I agree with this notion which i will explain in upcoming paragraphs.
