Among these groups, the rate of dissatisfied visitors saw the most significant change, dropping from 40 percent before the museum's redecoration to a remarkable decline of 15 percent after. In contrast, the rate of very satisfied visitors experienced an exponential increase, rising from 15 percent before the renovation to 35 percent after.
