On the contrary, every human has a different psychological pattern, and some employees may consider this as a wrong practice. As they would be creating a false and negative image about the company at a very initial stage, it would affect their output level deleteriously. A recent research in Europe, for example, proved that a colossal number of young working professionals did not perform well in beginning of their job because they were not pleased with the questions being asked during their interview. Hence, the reason of asking questions should be mentioned on company’s website to avoid any conflicts. In conclusion, it can be reiterated that whereas demanding some information about their families from a fresh entrant could be proved advantageous for rewarding them, it might lead to a negative approach about the company. However, it would be a smart move, in my perspective, for strengthening the bond between factory and its workers.
To begin, getting an occupation that in lines with your passion may be enjoyable. It is because you have a bigger chance to apply your mastery into practice. And there are many people out there who don’t have the same experience as yours in the case. A few people are trying to look for the job, some are waiting to be called for interviewed and others are waiting to get hired. Also, you may feel lucky since you were getting hired without making a big effort to get selected. You feel that you are a perfect-fit worker that the companies need. And It makes you even happier as you have been dreaming of working in that company for a long. For the first time, all things seem to run smoothly without defect. You believed that always makes you optimistic at the probation time. But, high expectation about those things has ruined your career. You are getting inferior because you are not able to express your ideas, strategy, and implementation in your way. At the time, you were feeling the boundaries are so bold and holding yourself back from the things you capable of doing. As you are not a strict person who always depends on a formula to do something, sometimes you feel difficult to follow the standard. I think that as workers, we all need more authority in doing the job. Also, I feel that the workers will have the potential to flourish when they can do things on their version. Some people think this is not the right way to do. Besides, it seems like we are arrogant and don’t need to listen to senior advice. But, that’s not a point I want to emphasize here. Foremost, autonomy makes your working performance better than when you don’t have it at all. It is because by having such freedom to express the idea, the workers will much confident and optimistic. Furthermore, it hinders stress that may make them feel working under pressure. Moreover, the point here is how making yourself happy while doing your responsibilities. As a conclusion, nothing will gonna stop your effort to reach the goals as long as you are getting job autonomy in doing whatever you do.
