It has been suggested by some people that employees should be remunerated on the extent of their input and output. In my opinion, I totally agree that people should be paid on how much they produce and sell because that will increase their level of diligence and productivity.
To start with, most of the 21st century youths wants free money and wants to be rich without working for it. But, if there is a realisation that the money will be earned based on the amount of goods and services being produced, people will be more diligent and work hard. In addition, there will also be an increase in the productivity of the employer. This is because more production will bring more sales and more sales will bring more profit to the company.
Furthermore, there will be a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction on the part of the workers because they are working for their pay. Moreso, it will teach the workers to be prudent in their spending because the money was earned under their sweat. In fact, more people will be encouraged to save for the rainy days. For example, there was a research done by the youth empowerment scheme which relates to being paid as you work and about 75% of the workers were in support of getting paid based on the work done.
In conclusion, the best way to motivate people and encourage diligence is to pay them based on how much they produce and sell.

Despite being a supporter of this non-reading approach, I strongly recommend incorporating bedtime stories into a child’s daily routine. However, reading as a regular daytime activity should be swapped for something which allows the child to develop other skills.

Students, for example, might watch TV shows that use a lot of violence. Therefore, they are likely to imitate in real life by being more aggressive and using more violence. After all, students, especially teenagers, are easily affected by external parties.
In order to counter such problem, teachers should be friendly while still maintaining their professionalism. By being friendly, teachers might be able to understand students’ point of views and thus devise the right strategies to connect with them. This is because students are more likely to listen to teachers if they feel they can relate to the teachers and that the teachers understand them. Furthermore, it is also important to handle students patiently. This is really crucial since rough treatments might worsen their behaviours or encourage them to play truant. It is, therefore, wiser to be patient and guide students gradually to be well-behaved rather than using force to do so.
In conclusion, behavioural problems result from the way society works these days (e.g. lack of parental guidance) and external parties, such as bad influences from TV shows. There are several reasons why advertisements can be useful in society. Firstly, this can inform people about real bargains so brochures and catalogs enable people to compare products and services at leisure. Secondly, if people do not have time to shop around, they would rely on advertising, so they can learn about new products. Finally, the advertisement could inform people about the environmental impact of products. As a result, customers can consider the ecological effect of goods. One the other hand, the advertisement could extremely create artificial needs, while people maybe would not need to buy the product. By making these needs, people might spend many on that product, which could threaten the budget of the family. People might buy a thing because of the glamourous images associated with that product. Furthermore, I believe that the art of advertising might be subtly to persuade people to spend money on specific goods.
