It is sometimes argued that advertising power and the artificial needs of the people should be represented by products sold in high sales. In my opinion, it would be wrong to encourage people to spend unnecessary money. There are several reasons why advertisements can be useful in society. Firstly, this can inform people about real bargains so brochures and catalogs enable people to compare products and services at leisure. Secondly, if people do not have time to shop around, they would rely on advertising, so they can learn about new products. Finally, the advertisement could inform people about the environmental impact of products. As a result, customers can consider the ecological effect of goods. Furthermore, people can easily find out, if a company supports fair trade. One the other hand, the advertisement could extremely create artificial needs, while people maybe would not need to buy the product. By making these needs, people might spend many on that product, which could threaten the budget of the family. People might buy a thing because of the glamourous images associated with that product. For example, children are easily influenced by commercials, so they pester their parents to buy certain goods. Furthermore, I believe that the art of advertising might be subtly to persuade people to spend money on specific goods. In conclusion, my view is that advertisements could create needs which are unreal, therefore, increase company sales.

Presents are token of love, which leads in great bonding between relatives .some section of society believe , giving money to juveniles is best gift for them. However other oppose it . Although many may see money as best gift as a positive phenomenon it is not a trend without drowbacks both merits and demerits.,will be discussed before a reasonable conclusion is reached. The first and foremost advantage is that teenagers can use that money, which they recieve as gife according to their requirements for instance books , cloths , and so on .Moreover , due to this they can also know about the tactics to utilise the money without the aid of their parents the second benefit is that few children also initiate saving by that amount which they are given by parents and kith and kins so that they can use that savings in their future. On the other hand it has Darkside too. First of all , juveniles are not mentally developed at this stage of life owing to if they are given money they can utilise those funds in an inappropriate ways such as for chocolate candies and so on which are not beneficial for their health apart from it due to this phenomena that children can start giving their preference to Money rather than relations. After analysing both the views it can be said giving money as gift to offsprings is not detrimental effect on them, if parents teach them importance of money at early age.

Too much money is spent on maintaining and repairing old buildings. Some people think that they should be knocked out to give way to modern buildings. To what extent do you agree or disagree? The vast majority people believe on constructing stylish buildings to live in while many suggest to keep the ancient buildings. Ancient buildings send message to the new generation on what did look like and their behaviors. There are many reasons to illustrate on how the old buildings are important for the new generations. First of all, the ancient buildings are made by our ancestors and I personally believe that we should have a look their imaginations and constructing buildings. Second of all, to see the constructing historic buildings make us more creative persons in our live to make even better buildings for the generations ahead. On the other hand, new constructions can be an innovative model. If I point it out to some example, the connection of people in highly raised buildings are more simplified than the old ones. For instance, the high raised buildings are more proper for the economy and population. Office workers can be easily contacted. Consequently, office workers and city dwellers do not waste the connection time. Many people are also happy to manage their things closely in office and it’s definitely preventing by going for away from on office to another.
