To illustrate, In Nigeria, Unilever factory workers are paid daily based on the quantity of their production. As a result, workers perform their work in their full capacity till exhaustion. Hence, wages based on work output is a reliable way of ensuring diligence and hard work at workplaces.
Secondly, wages that are dependent on sales give rise to development of better marketing strategies to improve sales.
