Some people are of the opinion that the number of men and women in a managerial post must be the same in a company. I strongly disagree with this idea mainly due to the importance of being competent as a manager.
Nowadays, we observe a disproportionate distribution of posts, especially managerial ones, among males and females in large companies majority. Many professional men are in CEO positions globally, corroborating this data
New trends in management suggest that firms should recruit identical numbers of males and females in administrative positions.I entirely agree with this Vision.
