Some Governments say how many children a family can have in their country should be strictly controlled. They may control the number of children someone has through taxes. Is It sometimes necessary and right for a government to control the population in this way? Do you agree or disagree with this policy?

It can be evidently seen that the
around the globe is rising day by day. The
explosion and its control have become two main hot topics nowadays. Some governments try to fix
issue by adapting various means
as imposing taxes. I am in the
promote over another
that it is many a time important to control
by implementing
measures. On one hand, the growth in
is escalating steeply in the countries
as India and China, where around 34% of the world’s
is concentrated.
unchecked rise in
can be rectified by imposing taxes. To illustrate,
a model of taxation is working in China, where the ‘one child policy’ is doing wonders and the whopping overpopulation of China has decreased to only 0.25% growth per annum which in turn, helped China to emerge as a super power in the past decade.
On the other hand
, other methods can be introduced by various governments as according to the conditions and circumstances of a particular nation.
For instance
, a new initiative is taken in many European countries
as Switzerland, where the people are discouraged to have more than two kids by making a precedent of not selling land to anyone having more than two children.
, some other leaderships of the developing countries are encouraging people to adopt the children rather than
appropriate to
their own.
, in my opinion, is rather a progressive step which is not only helpful for an individual, but
for a society as a whole. To conclude, albeit it is the duty of the government to keep a check on rising
, it is more the responsibility of citizens
to act accountably.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
