 is mainly due to the fact that, the

 who is giving the

 simply do not know the preference of the

 they are gifting to.

 makes them believe that giving
money

 would be the

 optimal solution since it can be used to buy
what ever
one or some or every or all without specification
whatever
 they like, now the decision to
