I am working for Amazon, which is an American multinational technology company that focuses on e-commerce, and I work as a customer service agent for the Italian customer base (Actually, I am fluent in five languages including English, French, Punjabi, Hindi and Italian). Despite my current position, which in fact has excellent promotional prospects, my dream is to pursue higher education as I believe that it will provide me with all the experience and knowledge I need in order to achieve a higher goal, either in Amazon or other marketing fields. As part of my current role, I am a team leader in an Amazon project called ‘Gemba’.
