It is a common aspiration among many young people to run their own business, rather than work for an employer. Do you think the advantages of working for yourself outweigh the drawbacks?

These days, people who run their own
business
 are becoming more popular and the majority of them are youngsters. They believe that running a

 has many advantages over working for someone else,

freedom
 to make a decision and manage

 in your own way. I completely agree with
