Second and third word countries experience the increase of the younger population at unprecedented pace. The number of yound adults in these countries grows at a higher number than the older generations. Although this phenomenon could present several drawbacks, I believe that the advantages are far more relevant than the disadvantages and I am going to explain it in this essay.
