Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

Global warming is increasing day by day. There are several reasons for it happening, one among them is
waste
segregation and recycling. Often people claim that the amount of
waste
being recycled from homes is not enough. They suggest that the singleton efficient way to increase
this
would be making it a legal requirement. While I agree with the notion to a certain extent, but there are several hurdles in implementing it. To implement recycling in an organised manner, the foremost essential thing is
waste
segregation because not all
waste
can be recycled. There should be a
law
in place for
this
that includes dividing
waste
right at the point of generation. Each and every house should have coloured dust bins. People should adhere to put the right
waste
in the right bin.
This
would make, in turn, the governmental process to segregate and recycle the
waste
easier. There are several implications to
this
lawmaking,
first
being the correct implementation of the
law
thorough out the state. The fines and the collection strategy should be decided. The
law
should be designed in
such
a way that the general public does not find it hard to implement. The
law
should include the collection strategy, which in turn will give rise to jobs. The process should be to collect the
waste
from the houses of people at intervals of time. If the correct ramifications are made to the
law
, it could increase the amount of
waste
being recycled. The amount of plastic
waste
is growing so a perfect and well-thought implemented
law
would prove to be a game-changer in regard to global warming.
