Analysts tell us that many people today feel stressed and think they have insufficient control over their lives. What problems do such feelings cause for people? What remedies could you suggest?

There is no doubt that
stress
is a great concern all over the world, and sometimes it is
also
responsible for suicidal death.
Although
there will undoubtedly some negative result of
this
trend, societies and individuals take some prudent decisions to mitigate these problems. Perhaps the largest problem which generating
stress
is official pressure. In the early morning, individuals need to go out from the house for the purpose of his daily office, and they have to expend a lot of time with doing lots of activities like joining meetings, deal with client, banking activities and so on with the office. At the end of the day, it creates not only tired but
also
mental pressure for the individual, and
this
person suffer a stage of disappointment because
this
kind of official activities regularly going on.
Besides
,
stress
is
also
introduced into the family. Doing persisting activities regularly creates a great pressure to the mind and building a way of frustration. If we consider a housewife who is doing her activities regularly,
for instance
, take care of each and every family member, preparing food and commuting other household activities, it creates monotony in her personal life and will begin the foundation of
stress
.
On the other hand
, when we turn to be possible solutions, the biggest step would be to improve the level of working environment. Offices sometime provide a vacation to their employees and
also
create some recreational activity so that their staff get more rhythm to work forward for their company.
Moreover
, family members need some valuable time in nature or other tourist spots.
Furthermore
, people need to fit their body with some physical exercises like jogging, running, swimming, skipping etc. Some scientist and doctors claim that
stress
is a symptom which is generated from mind more than that health. So, daily exercises, meditation, taking nutrient food can be possible solutions for reducing
stress
. Taking everything into account,
stress
creates a great impact in health and mind, but taking awareness and combination of measures are the best remedies for reducing
stress
.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
