, it is apparent that some may have difficulty in finding the suitable job, making them change their jobs and career. In my opinion, i think

it may bring enormous drawbacks that exceed the advantages. To start with, one change their jobs because they find it not suitable to their ability or passion. They never catch up with their colleagues in term of yield and the motivation is worn off, which makes them give up and try a greener pasture.
Therefore
, quitting a job is not bad at all, it's just like you try to find a new way for your brighter prospective future.
Nevertheless
, it may bring some catastrophes if the situation keeps on.

, if one is always changing their jobs, they might find it hard to integrate into the working conditions.

, they don't have enough experience in order to compete with their colleagues and it is undeniable that the longer you work for the company, the higher promotion you get.

but not least, when you cannot find the suitable jobs, you can become unemployed and lost confidence, which make you hard to make a living. In conclusion, it is better for one to have a sustainable career path because it provides a sustainable income. Without it, you will find it hard to live in
