Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to the problem
in
the Change preposition
with
WIFI
modem
which I ordered online on dated 18-mar-2020 and received after two days on dated 20-mar-2020. It is a TP-LINK wireless modem
with modem
no – TP57289.
After receiving this
equipment, I installed it on my home network by replacing my existing wired modem
. I am able to connect with the modem
wirelessly, however
, the connection gets dropped after a few minutes. I checked the user manual and configure it properly with extreme care. Despite all my efforts, getting a steady WIFI
signal is completely impossible.
As I am a computer programmer, who is working from home due to bad health. It is extremely important for me to stay connected to the internet so that I can work efficiently. Having an unsteady WIFI
connection causes frequent disconnection from the office network, which forced me to do the 10-minute setup every time to get connected to office servers. However
, if I connect my laptop to LAN
cable, Correct article usage
a LAN
then
it works fine, but that is
not a long term solution. Hence
, I am definitely sure that there is some internal hardware problem in
the Change preposition
with
modem
.
I am requesting you please replace my existing modem
with another one. Along with that, could you please test the WIFI
connection before sending it to me? It will save time and effort and thus
allow me to work more efficiently.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully,
