Globalisation, in my mind, is the greatest reason for similarities. I ultimately disagree that it has more drawbacks than benefits.

Presently, Several people complain about the inability to get sufficient sleep. Insufficient sleep can cause depression and obesity while the possible solutions are yoga or listening to music and exercises.

To handle this load of mental burden, people have to come up with solutions to relax. where as some people would prefer doing mental activities to get away from stress, others may like physical activities better. This essay discusses both points of view and states my personal opinion as well.

It has been observed that every person needs a break from his daily routine. However, many envisage that they will spend their vacation in their home country rather than visiting a foreign country in the upcoming period.
