Both the poor and rich people find accessibility into university difficult. Do you agree or disagree?

Education is becoming a growing and important part of our life which encourages many people of different kind and financial levels to seek higher university education. Some of them say that it is becoming so hard to get an admission whether you are poor or rich.I disagree with that since there are many new openings and establishment of universities and colleges with affordable fees, as well as, many of them offer scholarships for hard working students. With the recent advancement, many countries directed their attention to give more flexible rules that help to build many universities and most of them they try to have a reasonable tuition fees roof. Take community colleges as an example, where many poor or low income families found it as suitable for their siblings to get their education. In fact, these colleges have a suitable easy finance plan to pay back their learning debt.
Therefore
, it is not hard even for some who has short handed financial capability to get enrolled in tertiary education.
On the other hand
, many prestigious universities have many scholarship programs for hard-working students regardless of their financial background.
For instance
, Harvard University has a well organised scholarship grant which represents a great chance for smart students from parents with humble financial capabilities.
