Some people believe that teenagers should concentrate on all school subjects. But, others believe that teenagers should focus on the subject that they are good at or tat they find the most interesting. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

Many argue that having lesser number of school subjects to focus on, is immensely beneficial to pupils and I completely agree with them. While it is true that it
devoids
separate into parts or portions
divides
them of the opportunity to gain the basic knowledge on
few aspects
Suggestion
a few aspects
, the benefits like fewer subjects to worry about eclipse the disadvantages.
Firstly
, getting to choose only the subjects of interest can lower the stress level among students.
This
not only means one less book to worry about, but
also
lets them engage completely with the courses the excel at and are comfortable with, resulting in better performance overall.
For example
, according to a recent study, children who get the chance to only pursue the subjects of their choice, are 30% more successful in their career.
However
, cutting them off completely from few subjects at a young age
also
has the risk of not giving them enough time to form their opinion on the subjects they want to study. The children under the age of 15 do not have the experience to make correct decisions.
Thus
, the choice of subjects is mostly of parents, which fails the entire motive.
In particular
, as per a survey published by a major newspaper
last
year, 80% youngsters rely on their parents for any major decisions of their lives.
Nevertheless
, in my opinion, concentrating on one stream can help them to achieve mastery in that field, which in turn gives them better future prospect.
Hence
, it is better to let them choose rather than burdening them with a huge load. In conclusion, less number of subjects can have several positive effects on youngsters. If the educational institutes across the world can support the concept, it will certainly yield more experts in different categories of jobs.
