is better than intervention as it not only improves the quality of life but it

to avoid getting ill is always better for people than getting sick and

suffering through the illness until some type of medical help leads to recovery. As where most illnesses are extremely painful, with symptoms like coughing, fever, and aches, pre-emptive measures like funding sports and nutrition lead to an overall sense of strength and happiness.
