Parents should not pressure their children to choose a particular profession. Young people should have the freedom to choose a career path they like. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Parents should give children the liberty to choose their profession. When given an option children will have the freedom to explore their hidden talents and bloom with the fruits of the same. I strongly believe that young people should have the freedom to choose their own
career
path. Some parents have the belief that if not guided and disciplined properly within the comprehensive education system children will choose the best
career
path available. What everyone is forgetting here is that
,
Accept space
,
every kid is born different and made up of a unique DNA. Every parent dreams of making their kid either world famous or financially stable.
This
is when what the child wants is forgotten and they end up a high-paying job or
career
which they are not happy with. Some parents
on the other hand
, want their kids to be happy. When
such
a thought comes forcing them into a profession which they do not like does not exist. Success is not achieved by knowledge and intelligence alone. There is
also
passion which is the key ingredient of success. It is widely documented all through the history of the world how passion along with hard work has created remarkable human beings and talents in
this
world. In conclusion, I strongly believe that young people should be given the liberty to choose their own
career
because when they are passionate about it, they would venture into the
career
with their whole heart and their mind and come out as happy and successful which would be a treat for both parents and themselves.
