in place of a physical meeting. The benefits and drawbacks of persons and firms using online as
rather than a tete-a-tete would be discussed below.
To begin
with, the uses of technology as a means of passing

between corporate entities and individuals

of meeting

has some benefits.

such
advantages is that it saves time, and the receivers can receive their

from the comfort of their homes or offices. Using technology as a tool to pass

would negate having to drive to attending a meeting as well as enhancing a healthy life. Another merit of business entity and persons communicating online is that it lessens waste generation.
In other words

would negate or reduce certain wastes

as tea bags, disposable coffee cups, and paper for meeting attendance which are being generated during a

has some drawbacks.
Firstly

demerits is that it weakens

communication
skills. As people or businesses often communicate through the

, over the time, people find it difficult to engage verbally with

another, most especially the youngsters. To illustrate, a journal published by the Ministry of Education in Qatar has shown that over 50% of school kids finds it difficult to engage in a conversation with their peers since the lockdown has begun. A

notably setback of

trend is that it negates an avenue for social engagement.
In conclusion, while organizations and persons utilizes technology as a channel to pass

another comes with some advantages
such
as it saves time and as well reduces wastes generation, there are certain drawbacks for
this
phenomenon which are that it weakens
one
's oral
communication
skills and negate involvement in social activities.
