significant advances of science, many people, especially children and teenager have reduced their physical activity and most children and spend a lot of time playing computer games and watching TV which means that few of them go to sports and physical activities outside the home that cause many problems for them ,

unfit and overweight .I strongly agree that sport lessons are mandatory in schools. In

Many people, especially in low-income countries think that sport is just for fun wastes time and they say children should spend all their time studying to become doctors or engineers in the future.Sports has many benefits, I would argue that these positive aspects are outweighed by the drawbacks.At the
