Uniforms used to be a mandatory part in every educational institution. In these days, while some of high school still maintains the requirements on uniforms, the others allow students to dress in their own ways. With my understanding of the importance of uniforms, I am of the opinion that the former policy seems superior.I will state my opinion on the following points.
To begin
with, it is obvious that wearing the same clothes could create a positive atmosphere among students. In reality, that some high schoolers judge the others by clothes results in bullying as well as discrimination.Uniforms stand out, to be a good solution to
this
problem. Uniformity eradicates barriers and
also
alters mindsets about the differences between rich and poor students.
As a result
, they always get along with each other and no longer encounter any hardships.Take the example of Vietnam, where students are forced to wear uniforms. High schoolers there are provided with impartial environment, which allows them to improve not only social skills but
also
academic performance. On top of that, the dress code enables children to concentrate more on studies rather than on their wardrobes.Nowadays, clothes seem to be a big concern for youngsters.Students allocate too much time on their appearances so that just a little amount of time could they spare for studying. When there is no need to worry about what to wear to school, they can stay much more focused on their academic performances and accomplish their goals. To illustrate, a survey conducted by Vietnam News shows that 80 percent students at the age of 17 attribute their better concentration to the efficiency of uniforms. On the whole, uniform makes great contributions to better school life, helping us enhance our abilities to pay attention and giving us a sense of equality. For all these reasons, personally I believe that we should approve of wearing institute clothes on a regular basis.
