Due to the development and rapid expansion of supermarket in some countries, many small, local business are unable to compete. Some people think that the closure of local business will bring about the death of local communities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, there is a rapid expansion of

in some countries. Many people believed that due to the strong competition, local business would be closed that will impact negatively and might destroy the local communities. In my opinion, I totally agree with

view for two reasons below.

Firstly

, small businesses serves an important function in keeping the economy of local communities. In fact, many factories rely on local communities to sell their products.

Thus

, without small businesses, a large number of factories will be threatened to be closed.

As a result

, numerous workers might lose their jobs and become the social burden.

, roughly 80% percent of people tends to buy necessary goods

as foods and vegetables from local market rather than from
