As the lives of humans have been prospering, their choice of living is
also
being changed. People in
this
generation pretty much focus on their careers, but most of them typically switch to different
career
options as they progress. I personally agree that it is totally acceptable to change the
career
someone whose employment involves carrying something
carrier
unless you don't want to stick to one, as its their personal choice. Talking about the reasons behind
this
trend, people are ready to learn and adapt to new and different skills. Recently, a research from Harvard University reveals that about 35% of the world population doesn't stick to a particular
career
for every 6 to 10 years. The main reason they have given is that people are getting bored or feeling over stressed by doing the same and routine work entire year.
In addition
to
this
, the technology and the resources available today, make people gain knowledge and learn new skill regularly. Concerned for me, I have been able to learn new technical skills, which are not related to my current job through online classes, and get certified. These kind of certifications may be required for a certain job, without any prior working experience. So,
this
would give confidence and build strength
personally
Suggestion
personified
, to survive in any kind of working field. Regarding the impacts of
this
trend on the society, I believe that
career
change is having a positive impact on the society by reducing unemployment.
For example
, if a country's specific sector is impacted by the recession,
then
there is a possibility that people may loss their jobs,
on the other hand
, if people get trained in other skills and technologies it makes easier for them to find jobs in a different field, perhaps
this
could reduce unemployment to some extent.
Finally
, I would say that it is better to adopt new skills and gain knowledge at any possible time. I would like to conclude that we are the only species on
this
planet who could be able to survive under any circumstances or situations and we have the nature of adaptability.
