In the contemporary era, the training is compulsory for every person.Some person thinks that exercise is the sign of good energy, whilst other people thinks that a good food has more benefits for energy.In my opinion movement is charge your body.I will discuss my opinion in the subsequent paragraphs.

, exercise is the vital part of our life.We discussed many diseases due to the workout.People look fresher and more energetic who go the gym on a daily basis.They have very less heath issue.

, my uncle was suffering from a critical condition.He was a diabetes patient and his doctor recommend an exercise.He follows the doctor instruction and do act on daily base and now he has no disease.In the hectic lifestyle the people are busy in their work and they do not perform the task.
