In recent years, many small local shops have closed because customers travel to large shopping centers or malls to do their shopping. Is this a positive or negative development?

In recent times, with the influence of westernization, many large shopping malls came into existence and as a consequence, a plethora of small stores have closed.
This

discuss what are the advantages of shopping centres and
then
shed some light on the drawbacks lying beneath it. With the passing of time, the customer has developed a soft corner towards shopping centre.
Firstly
, they get everything under one roof from an alpine to an elephant. They don’t need to roam around back and forth.

, people are getting acquainted with all international brands which they have seen only in movies & television.

with, it has become difficult for small businessmen make their end meets. They get very few customers on a daily basis.
