A society which has a different point of view in sports, having
physical capability
Suggestion
the physical capability
or mental health, one of which is beneficial than the other. I believe
both
are equally required as an achievement in sports as
both
have different ways of providing benefits to us. Having said that, physical energy provides strength in various forms
such
as dancing, lifting or tennis. All these require us to have strong heart rates and metabolic rates, which can be obtained by different activities performed.
For instance
, if we were to run a marathon and in between running we sweat, become weak and our body is in pain.
This
is the time where we need to give ourselves a great body stability to avoid cramps or weaknesses and
this
also
helps us perform an action within the time period. Despite all
this
, balance is an important part, built up when you gain potential through fitness.
On the other hand
, there is a lot of thinking going around where we need to focus on what tasks are we going to perform and what conditions are effective for the activity participated in.
This
is where mental power comes into action.
Moreover
, we need to present ourselves with better ideas and when there is stress over anything, we can handle it with having motivation and knowing nothing can go wrong, believing in our mental capacity with having to be aware of our emotions
then
again saving energy for the things that matter. In conclusion,
both
strength hands over distinctive advantages and
both
of these depend on one another, so there is no choosing of which is more accomplishing.
