Public transportation development should be given priority by the
government
by using the tax money rather the spending more money on public libraries. I do agree that it is more important to spend more budget in the improvement of public transportation because it can less the traffic congestion and provide comfort to commuters.

should spend more amount of money in the improvement of public transport because a good means of transporting will prevent us from congestion and severe traffic in the road,
