Some people think that physical strength is important for success in sport, while other people think that mental strength is more important. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

To begin
with, nowadays physical
strength
and mental
strength
are important aspect of our lives. There are some people who think's that to achieve success in sport or in any other field,
one
should have knowledge about various physical
strength
, but there are
also
some people who say that mental
strength
is very much important that physical
strength
. Let's discuss both the views and give a complete opinion about it.
Firstly
, to start with, in the world of the 21st century, it's very important to stay fit if you don't stay fit you cannot do many things. Previously, there were not different kinds of sports activities, due to the vast development in
this
sport field many new different varieties of games evolved like sack race, cricket, football, badminton, chess and many others games too.
For instance
, now there are some people who say that to win games on sports field
one
should be physically fit, because by staying fit their body always stays fresh and physically challenged too.
Secondly
,
on the other hand
, there is some group of people who thinks that,
instead
of physically fit they should always stay mentally fit or challenge and it is very much important for the players. Mentally fit is something that you are fully prepared to achieve that task and how you will perform that task and to add on through mental
strength
one
can control the game properly.
Lastly
, according to my opinion, both physical and mental
strength
is the important prospects of the player who are playing different kinds of sport games, because through physical
strength
one
can stay fit and through mental
strength
one
can plan how to win that game.
