This
essay will shed some light on
this
statement.
To begin
with, while it is said that every individual should have equal rights in the job sector.
First
of all, most organizations have set up their policies in which every
employee
needs to follow the
company
rules and regulation.
For instance
,If the one person in the

Thus
,In
this
case ,the one who is getting fewer holiday days will not perform good and will not give a good result to the party as the worker is not being treated equally as others.
This
phenomenon might create big debates in the companies environment and maybe lead to an unsustainable situation.
Moreover
, the government should
also
put some step forward and implement
such
kind of law's which can be helpful for the public that they can place their complaints and about illegal activities, whatever they face in the association.
For example
, I have seen a person who was a member of our team and got arrested by the police, because he had made a fake medical report in order to take vacations.
Such
illegal activities should be monitored by the group in order to hold a good status in the market sector. Regardless of the number of vacations, most of the time it does matter that on which position the person is working.
For instance
,people who are on the managerial level and or those who are supervisor might get the extra
vacation
behalf on the job position or according to their work performance. Conclude,
