It is sometimes argued whether females can assume the same functions as their male counterparts in law enforcement or military troops. While I agree that adult females could work in these state forces, I believe that in some specific duties, the presence of men is still more significant. On the one hand, there are several reasons to encourage women to participate in peacekeeping operations.

, the participation of women in the security forces could improve dispute resolution, as they are less likely to use excessive force and

reduce tensions and build trust in communities due to their mild nature,

promoting stability and the rule of law.
