You share a parking area with several neighbors and have recently started having problems. Write a letter to be copied to all neighbors that share the parking area. In that letter • explaining the problems • suggesting ways to help the situation • proposing a possible meeting
Dear Neighbors,
I am writing in reference to the recent issues occurring in the parking space, the vehicles are being parked inappropriately, causing a huge disturbance to the society members and the children playing at the play area beside it.
A few guests, who are visiting briefly are halting their cars in front of the society entrance, blocking entry for other vehicles, to pass by and access their vehicle to go out.
Also
, the space around the play area is prohibited to
vehicle parking; Change preposition
from
however
, many cars are kept there which is occupying kid's space for which they are opting to play at the other corner of the street which is not safe.
To avoid such
instances, I would like to introduce a new idea to the social club members and all the neighbours, to designate a few spots for the visitors. This
could help all the vehicles to easily pass through the entrance and at the same time kids can be in a safe area.
To discuss more on this
idea or other better ideas from anyone, I would like to propose a meeting at the meeting hall on 1st December, at 6 p.m. We could thoroughly analyze and decide on this
solution.
Hope to see you all and resolve this
issue for everyone's comfort and satisfaction.
Yours faithfully,
