There are two points we can meet among people's opinions. The
first

is that the easy pace of life creates a better quality of life. The other is that it is more convenient to have a high-pacing lifestyle. In my opinion, both theses can be suitable but will work only for the right persons. Let's take a closer look at these points. The
first
Linking Words
of all, the mass media has created an image of a successful person we should follow. Commonly,
this

role model lives in some big city. He or she is active, never feels fatigued, works and lives on the space velocity. And
this

picture gives a huge portion of inspiration to many people. It impacts them very well because shows a fruit of efforts, which can be given if they will try hard. Indeed, I think that the person, who can manage his or her time at so good level, is worthy to have a career development, socialization and opportunity to have some hobby or "me time" simultaneously. And if some individual desires these all, a faster style of living is a good way for living for him or her.
However
Linking Words
, the image, which is created by the mass media, doesn't work out well for persons, who cannot replenish their emotional and physical abilities in big noisy places. I believe that for the majority of our society it is important to have a time of calm. Usually, people have trips to the countryside to recharge their inner batteries to continue living within a faster city tempo.
Additionally

, I suppose that several weeks per year of calm and peace can be not enough for some people. In

case, the slower pace of life will be a healthier option. In conclusion, I want to sum up that these both lifestyles are good only if have a match with the right type of personality. Some people can suffer without a fast pace during the day. And some persons can be hurt by the too-high tempo of actions. So, I believe that choosing a good way of living we should listen to our inner voice and respect our nature. If something is not suitable for you - don't try to change yourself so dramatically. If you will follow your abilities, you will receive a good response someday.
