Children nowadays spend a great deal of time watching television. However, television cannot replace the book as a teaching tool, which is why children are less well-educated today. To what extent do you agree with this statement?

The question of spending time with
Television
is a contentious one, as some people regard it as an opportunity for self-development , while others see it as a harmful influence on education. In my opinion,
television
is an important part of our life, but it can not replace books. Certainly, in our world, for some people
television
is the main gadget for entertainment and for learning new
information
. But
this
is only for people who are not used to searching for some
information
on their own,
instead
,they are used to getting it from the
second
-hand. For sure, it is easier for everyone, but it is not as effective as searching for yourself. For sad, no matter how much developmental programming you watch, people who read more books will be a little smarter. I can not imagine my life without books. When I was a child, my parents read me the books and introduced me to the world of literature. Now, I read at least 1 or 2 books in a week. As a man grows, so do books, and with them grows his knowledge. Our
first
book is a primer. After we start to read encyclopedias and other interesting literature. We learned a lot of
information
with books and will learn even more. In conclusion, I would like to say that
television
is a good invention, but books are something like your new, own, imaginary world. I completely agree with the statement about
television
cannot replace the book as a treasury of
information
.
