Some people think that schools do not do enough to teach young people about how to look after their health. To what extent do you agree or disagree

It is an undeniable fact that
health
is paramount for every person. A few people believe that educational institutes are not giving enough guidance to the young generation about taking care of their
health
. I totally disagree with
this
view as these institutions have given us the goals about healthy lifestyles. The main reason behind
this
disagreement is because the schools from the beginning have taught us the importance of
health
and its effect on the individuals. They have demonstrated how to look after ourselves by following a simple routine or diet.
For example
, most of the school organises
health
camp for its student and maintain their records, which later on given to their parents or guardians. In
this
way, there are fewer chances of absenteeism and the learner can concentrate in their academic year.
Secondly
. with the advancement in the technology, they are now able to circulate the vital aspect of
health
in every possible way as they have included it not only as part of the syllabus but given extra weightage in their final assessment,to exemplify as per the survey report, seventy per cent of the parents found drastic changes in the child's attitude towards the
health
regime.
This
is a positive indication as it might help us to cure ailments like obesity which is common among young people.
In addition
to that , they are focusing on a healthy diet and doing vigorous exercise. Taking all points into considerations, we can conclude that the academy has laid the roots for fitness, which has been updated on a timely basis and,
also
included it in their modules.
However
, it entirely depends upon the youth, how they want to look after their well being.
