Many people have complained about the large salaries paid to top executives of major companies. Why do you think top executives are so well paid? Do you think their large salaries are justified?

There is a phenomenon that many companies pay a large wage for their top
executives
. Some people complain that it is not fair to all employees who work for the
company
. In
this
essay, I will demonstrate the reason for
this
appearance and discuss whether it is reasonable. There are various reasons why they have a high
salary
. The
first
reason is that those top managers may be the originators of the
company
, they own the share or have the right to make the decision. As the result, when the
company
give a bonus to their stockholders, they can earn a lot. Meanwhile, those senior
executives
may come from some successful companies, they can use their experience, relationship, and knowledge to assist the
company
to create a great number of profits which are many times more than their
salary
. In my opinion, I believe that the
company
pay a high
salary
for those senior leaders is justice. Because the entrepreneurs allocate
salary
depend on how many revenues can the employees make. In another word, it is obvious that the ability, experience, and relationships of senior
executives
are much better than grass-roots labours,
therefore
the top managers can receive a high wage. Meanwhile, when those senior leaders promote the development of the
company
, grass-roots workers
also
can be beneficial due to
company
expansion. In conclusion, I believe that their extremely high wage is reasonable because those
executives
can help the
company
growth by making higher revenue, which is both beneficial for employees, entrepreneurs and themselves.
