All education and healthcare should be funded by the government and free for everyone. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

While I believe that
education
and
healthcare
should be funded by the
government
, I
also
assume that all of that
welfare
should not be free for everyone. In my own opinion, I think that
people
should fund a part of their
education
and
healthcare
fees, about twenty-five

. On the one hand, the
government
should create some
welfare
for
people
because there is a massive quantity of poverty, they are unable to pay for schooling and medical care.
Therefore
, the life support that comes from the
government
will help many
people
have a chance to go to school or cure serious diseases.
Besides
, another form of paying for
education
is the scholarship for intelligent
students
. The awarding of many
government
scholarships to create opportunities for those who want to study abroad will motivate
students
to learn harder. For the above reasons, the
money
that the
government
pays for local lives is curial.
On the other hand
, if the
government
fund all the fees of
healthcare
and
education
for their citizens,
people
might not regard it. An example of my statement, in case that
students
don’t have to pay tuition, they can become distracted from studying. The reason for
this
status is some
students
just hard-working in learning because they don’t want to waste tuition, which is their parents'
money
or their own
money
earned from part-time jobs.
Moreover
, when the
government
pays too many fees for
welfare
, the state budget may become severely deficient.
Hence
, the opinion that "
education
and
healthcare
should be funded by the
government
and free for everyone" is unrealistic. In conclusion, I strongly agree that the
government
should support the citizen’s lives by setting reasonable social
welfare
policies, paying part of the
money
for schooling and medical examinations.
However
,
people
still need to pay their subsistence to take more responsibility for their own lives and to support the nation's economy.
