With the rising rates of crime in today's contemporary era, people have diverse opinions over handling accused and guilty persons of a particular crime. Proponents believe that prisoners are not safe for the community if they come outside the prison. Hence they should remain locked in prison. However, advocates for human rights and humanity think that they should get a second chance depending on the seriousness of the crime. I agree with the statement of releasing the prisoners for good cause in some circumstances.
