Some scientists think that there are intelligent life forms on other planets and messages should be sent to contact them. Other scientists think it is a bad idea and would be dangerous. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

It has been observed that scientists think that there are more brilliant species on another planet. Some researchers think that they should contact them through a message, while others opine that

this
essay, I will discuss both opinions of scientists.
However

reasons that why scientists think that it is a good idea to contact aliens. The most preponderant one is that human beings can learn a lot from these other beings, which could be beneficial for
society
.
This
is because there are several problems in the world that are yet to be solved and these little green men might have a solution for them.
For instance
, these civilizations might have already discovered a cure for diseases

as cancer.
Furthermore
, their vast technology might help us to make our life easier than ever.
However

this
is that humans on earth may not know the intentions of these life forms if they would be contacted. To cite an example, if aliens are more technologically advanced than human

, they might exploit our recourses, once they gain access to them.
Hence

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
