Peterson, I am penning
this
epistle to complain about the recent noise levels that are coming from your apartment which you own in 22nd Lane Harlington Street, Toronto. As you know that I am your tenant from Room No. 419 of the same apartment building and am living here for six months. It has been a noisy area and

is becoming worse due to ongoing renovation work in the room above my flat and new neighbours from Room No. 420. The construction work has been going on for a week now and they are inconsiderate about early mornings while I am usually asleep. To make the matter worse, the neighbours who just moved in a couple of weeks ago have a habit of hosting loud parties on Saturday nights. I would like you to talk to the construction company to limit their work schedule to weekdays within a normal office time i.e., from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Regarding the adjacent neighbours, I tried my best to talk to them with no avail, so I would recommend you to take appropriate steps to make the place liveable. I hope you will solve these problems amicably. Yours sincerely, Jerin John

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
