In some of countries, the average weight of people is increasing, and their fitness levels are decreasing. What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them?
Recently, in different countries, we see increasing the mean of weight some

and decreasing the health people

paper, I am going to tell you about the reason for these problems and give you the critical solution to these difficulties.
There are many reasons for obesity
. one of them is stress
. In other words

causes overeating in people
. When a person has stress
, he/she starts to eating nonstopping. This
point is mentioned in the researcher studies, and all of the reader humans know that. The next
cause for overweighting is done not exercise. Nowadays, people
do their work on the internet, so they have not had much physical activity like walking or other activities. This
makes a bad habit and maybe makes persons lazy. Then
, they will be fat.
On the other hand
, there are many solutions that we can use in the fitted shape. For example
, the government can help people
be aware and gave them information about the risk of obesity
. This
action will be doable with advertisements for healthy products and TV programs like health shows. In addition

should do more physical activity and exercise, at least at home. Also
, they can cut down on fatty food
, go on a diet, dance to music, follow a workout video, or walk around. This
activity makes them keep fit.
In conclusion, there are many reasons for gaining weight: stress

, lifestyle, and so on. However
, If persons know the risk of obesity
, try to be in shape and even diet. It is clear that if people
know that obesity
is dangerous, they stay fit and decrease their overweighting. For this

have to be aware and go to a club, walk around the house, and eat healthy food
