Some people argue that working in a large company is important, others however give preference to work in a small company.Discuss both views and give your opinion.

With reference to above debate that people usually have on whether working in a large or small organisation is better. A lot of persons have queries on
this
issue.Below, we will have a discussion on
this
before coming to any conclusion. Some people love to work in large companies due to their work culture, high salary packages, higher performance-linked pay system, outstanding Infrastructure and bonuses.
For Instance
. my friend who is working in an MNC almost got Rs 1 Lakh bonus in his 2 years experience in the industry which is huge I think .A person who works in
such
an organisation always gets higher pay packages than other's because of their experience if they want to switch to another firm. Promotion in
such
association is usually done in a short span. There is no doubt some masses likes to employ themselves in smaller startups,Usually these startups recruit manpower from institutions or employment generation programmes. New recruitees adjust to the working culture of the industry better in smaller startups
instead
of the bigger ones. Employees can give more time to their families due to fewer working hours. Some masses love challenges and those professionals working in small companies give them the golden chance to prove themselves by getting better business deals in an open market. To exemplify, I started my career with a small public sector undertaking, with just one year of hard work and dedication, I got elevated to the chairperson of that establishment. It is always a challenging question if one ask ,which company is better large or small ? I would like to say that working in a large company is better which is explained above.
